Scott and I are Realtors® in Visalia California. Our goal is to post useful information for buyers, sellers, and investors. Our industry is not viewed in the light that it should be and we hope to change the perception of our industry one blog at a time. California real estate licensing standards have changed which will result in a higher level of service. With the sellers market shifting to a buyers market, many of the Non - Realtor® Sales Agents that came on board for a quick buck have left the industry.
In our opinion it is vital to do your research when selecting a consultant as it's important to know who will be protecting you and how they will be doing it.
